Application
This testing machine is specifically developed for mechanical property testing of prestressed steel strands and reinforcing steel bars. The dedicated special clamp joint design guarantees that specimens fracture at the intermediate position during testing, ensuring the measured performance values of steel strands are authentic, valid and fully representative of actual material performance.
For steel bar mechanical performance testing, the upper cross beam of the testing machine is lowered by 50cm, then the reinforcement clamp is firmly locked before initiating the testing procedure.
The measurement and control system adopts a full-digital multi-channel closed-loop architecture, supporting three closed-loop control modes including stress control, strain control and displacement control, with seamless impact-free switching between different control modes. The system can accurately measure core mechanical indicators of steel strands including tensile strength, specified non-proportional extension strength, modulus of elasticity and elongation rate.

Safety Protection Systems
Overload Protection Mechanism: When the applied test force exceeds 2% to 5% of the maximum test force for each measurement range, the system automatically triggers overload protection and stops all testing operations.
Travel Limit Protection Mechanism: When the piston rises to the pre-set upper limit position, the system activates travel protection and shuts down the pump motor automatically.
