The core pressure station delivers stable pressure to the main testing unit, with minimum pressure thresholds exceeding specimen requirements. Features an imported American plunger pump with large flow rate, low noise, high pressure resistance, and maintenance-free operation.
Constructed with 304# stainless steel, the water tank integrates electric opening mechanisms, self-circulation modules, heating units, automatic water replenishment systems, and thermal insulation components for comprehensive liquid circulation and temperature preservation.
Precisely regulates water temperature with independent functional modules for real-time display and temperature setpoint adjustment. Maintains optimal liquid levels and ensures consistent test temperatures throughout the entire testing process.
Connected via RS232 serial interface, the software supports comprehensive operational functions including test parameter configuration, equipment calibration, pressure relief, zero calibration, amplitude adjustment, real-time test curve plotting, full-process data logging, and standardized test report printing.
