System Overview
This measurement and control system integrates a high-precision digital servo valve with force closed-loop control functionality. It enables loading control by load rate or stress rate, featuring outstanding control accuracy and stable operational reliability.
With computer-based electronic measurement, the system automatically executes compressive strength tests, performs data computation, and outputs printed test reports. This system is extensively employed in the construction sector and professional testing organizations.
Hydraulic Pressure System
The hydraulic oil stored in the oil tank is driven by the motor to the high-pressure pump, which then feeds the oil into the oil circuit. The hydraulic oil flows through the check valve, high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve set and servo valve in sequence before entering the oil cylinder.
The computer issues precise control signals to the servo valve, regulating the servo valve's opening degree and direction. This regulation further controls the flow rate of hydraulic oil entering the oil cylinder, thereby achieving accurate control of the constant-speed test force during testing processes.
