The complete test unit is assembled from several principal sub‑assemblies, namely cold‑water exchange actuation module, hot‑water exchange actuation module, specimen test chamber and industrial chiller. It delivers fine‑tuned visual appearance, modular system construction, state‑of‑the‑art technical implementation, consistent operational behaviour, dependable build quality and human‑centered intuitive handling.

 

Instrument failure:

1.  Intelligent Switching Function: The system control logic realizes automatic operating adjustment by collecting real-time data, including inlet and outlet water temperature of sample pipelines, liquid level status of cold and hot water tanks, and cold-hot mode switching time parameters. During cyclic mode conversion, the system precisely controls the return valves of dual water tanks to realize high-efficiency backflow of most cold water to the cold water tank. The temperature difference between the two tanks is stably controlled within 3°C, effectively lowering the overall energy consumption of long-term continuous equipment operation.
 
2.  Low-Noise Operating Design: The test pipeline system is fitted with a self-developed customized water flow controller. This exclusive structural design effectively suppresses operating noise caused by high-speed water flow scouring and impact, delivering a quiet and stable test environment.
 
3.  High-Performance Refrigeration System: Adopting imported industrial chillers as the core low-temperature cooling source, the system applies mature water-to-water cooling technology. It keeps the compressor running in the optimal working state at all times, effectively improving overall refrigeration efficiency. Meanwhile, it greatly optimizes the operating condition of the chiller unit and extends the comprehensive service life of industrial chillers.
 
4.  Real-Time Flow Display Module: Configured with imported high-precision flow sensors, this optional component supports real-time dynamic display of pipeline flow data during the entire test process, providing intuitive and accurate flow parameter references for experimental analysis.
 
5.  Pre-Tensioning Device (Optional): Equipped with a standalone rigid supporting frame and lever-type prestressing structure, the device can monitor and display real-time loading force values throughout the test procedure, ensuring accurate and controllable prestressing operation.
 
6.  Maintenance-Free Control Valve: Adopting a non-diaphragm integrated valve body structure, the control valve uses high-temperature resistant PPL as the sealing medium. The specialized sealing material requires no routine replacement during long-term equipment operation, achieving true maintenance-free operation and excellent long-term operational stability and reliability.
 
7.  Intelligent Water Replenishment System: The automatic intelligent water replenishment function replaces traditional manual water adding operations. It not only reduces manual operation workload for laboratory staff but also avoids test water temperature fluctuations caused by manual intervention, ensuring constant and stable test temperature conditions and guaranteeing the smooth progress of experimental procedures.
