Durable End Closure For Plastic Pipes

Designed for sealing various pipe materials during pressure testing procedures, this durable end closure ensures reliable performance in demanding testing environments.

Working Principle

DN 75mm 304 Stainless Steel PVC Pipe Fitting End Caps are specially designed for sealing test pipes. High-temperature resistant silicone sealing rings are fitted into the seal grooves of the end caps.

The metal rings attached to the end caps apply compression to the silicone sealing rings, while the O-rings achieve reliable sealing through deformation caused by external force.

Range of Application

Primarily designed for sealing PVC, PE, PP-R, ABS and composite pipe specimens during hydrostatic tests, burst tests, negative pressure tests and other relevant testing operations.

Fixture Structure

Semi-circular tank structure enables easy installation, superior leak-proof performance and convenient operation.
