Categorized as a long‑term durability verification test, this testing scheme requires one set of assembled plastic pipeline specimens to complete 5,000 hot‑cold water alternating circulation cycles. Every full cycle lasts 30 minutes, consisting of a 15‑minute cold‑water circulation segment followed by a 15‑minute hot‑water circulation segment. These stringent testing prerequisites place high demands on the device’s continuous operating capacity and consistent performance delivery. This test system is custom‑developed in‑house for a reputable European brand and fully complies with European technical specifications. Multiple years of on‑site operation and real‑world usage across European markets have proven its trouble‑free operating track record.

Patented Open‑Frame Structural Design
High‑temperature and high‑pressure water flows only within test specimens and their matched connecting pipelines. The device adopts an atmospheric‑pressure tank design, with all other circulating piping operating under atmospheric pressure. Key components including valve groups and sensors function under normal‑pressure conditions, which safeguards long‑term reliable operation of the entire system. Full Closed‑Loop Control System
Fitted with an imported fully‑digital control platform, this test system achieves closed‑loop high‑accuracy adjustment for internal pressure across the entire test piping circuit. During operation, the controller dynamically adjusts main circulating pumps and regulating valves based on real‑time feedback metrics including fluid temperature, operating duration and pipeline flow rate, to maintain consistent internal pressure across the whole system. This structural design efficiently eliminates water‑hammer risks even during rapid hot‑cold water flow switching, with overall performance exceeding national standard requirements.
Intelligent Cycle Switching Logic
The controller dynamically adjusts operating status by processing real‑time monitoring data, such as inlet‑outlet water temperature of sample pipelines, liquid levels of cold‑ and hot‑water tanks, and timing parameters for hot‑cold mode switching. When cycle switching occurs, it automatically drives the return valves of both tanks to divert most cold water back to the cold‑water tank. The temperature difference between the two tanks is strictly limited to below 3 °C, enabling extremely low energy consumption during long‑duration continuous operation.
Optimized Low‑Noise Performance
A proprietary in‑house developed water flow regulator is installed on test pipelines, which drastically reduces operating noise generated by scouring from high‑speed fluid flow.
